本标准规定了电工用石棉水泥压力板的产品分类与规格、技术要求、检验方法、检验规则、标志、保管、包装与运输等。
本标准适用于以温石棉和水泥为基本原材料经加工压制成的石棉水泥压力板,主要用作受高温电弧作用的电机、电器零件的隔板。该板经过干燥与浸渍后,可用它制造开关底板、开关屏及电器底板等电气绝缘材料。

【摘要】:Generalcorrosionischaracterizedbyareasofgreaterorlesserattack,throughouttheplant,ataparticularlocation,orevenonaparticularprobe.Therefore,theestimationofcorrosionrateaswithmasslosscouponsinvolvesanaveragingacrossthesurfaceoftheprobe.Allowancemustbemadeforthefactthatareasofgreaterorlesserpenetrationusuallyexistonthesurface.Visualinspectionoftheprobeelement,coupon,orelectrodeisrequiredtodeterminethedegreeofinterferenceinthemeasurementcausedbysuchvariability.Thisvariabilityislesscriticalwhererelativechangesincorrosionratearetobedetected.BothelectricaltestmethodsdescribedinthisguideprovideatechniquefordeterminingcorrosionrateswithouttheneedtophysicallyenterthesystemtowithdrawcouponsasrequiredbythemethodsdescribedinGuideG4.TestMethodBhastheadditionaladvantageofprovidingcorrosionratemeasurementwithinminutes.Thesetechniquesareusefulinsystemswhereprocessupsetsorotherproblemscancreatecorrosiveconditions.Anearlywarningofcorrosiveattackcanpermitremedialactionbeforesignificantdamageoccurstoprocessequipment.Thesetechniquesarealsousefulwhereinhibitoradditionsareusedtocontrolthecorrosionofequipment.Theindicationofanincreasingcorrosionratecanbeusedtosignaltheneedforadditionalinhibitor.Controlofcorrosioninprocessequipmentrequiresaknowledgeoftherateofattackonanongoingbasis.Thesetestmethodscanbeusedtoprovidesuchinformationindigitalformateasilytransferredtocomputersforanalysis.TESTMETHODAx2014;ELECTRICALRESISTANCE(1-6)4Top1.1Thisguideoutlinestheprocedureforconductingon-linecorrosionmonitoringofmetalsinplantequipmentunderoperatingconditionsbytheuseofelectricalorelectrochemicalmethods.Withinthelimitationsdescribed,thesetestmethodscanbeusedtodeterminecumulativemetallossorinstantaneouscorrosionrate,intermittentlyoronacontinuousbasis,withoutremovalofthemonitoringprobesfromtheplant.1.2Thefollowingtestmethodsareincluded:TestMethodAforelectricalresistance,andTestMethodBforpolarizationresistance.1.2.1TestMethodAprovidesinformationoncumulativemetalloss,andcorrosionrateisinferred.ThistestmethodrespondstotheremainingmetalthicknessexceptasdescribedinSection5.1.2.2MethodBisbasedonelectrochemicalmeasurementsfordeterminationofinstantaneouscorrosionratebutmayrequirecalibrationwithothertechniquestoobtaintruecorrosionrates.Itsprimaryvalueistherapiddetectionofchangesinthecorrosionratethatmaybeindicativeofundesirablechangesintheprocessenvironment.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificprecautionarystatementsaregivenin5.6.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofacidicconstituentsinneworusedpetroleumproductsandlubricantssolubleornearlysolubleinmixturesoftoluene,andisopropylalcohol.ThetestmethodisespeciallyintendedforcasesinwhichtheamountofsampleavailabletobeanalyzedistoosmalltoallowaccurateanalysisbyTestMethodsD974orD664.Itisapplicableforthedeterminationofacidshavingdissociationconstantsinwaterlargerthan10.Extremelyweakacidshavingdissociationconstantssmallerthan10donotinterfere.Saltstitrateiftheirhydrolysisconstantsarelargerthan10.Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoindicaterelativechangesinacidnumberthatoccurinanoilduringuseunderoxidizingconditions.Althoughthetitrationismadeunderdefiniteequilibriumconditions,themethoddoesnotmeasureanabsoluteacidicpropertythatcanbeusedtopredictperformanceofanoilunderserviceconditions.Nogeneralrelationshipbetweenbearingcorrosionandacidnumberisknown.SincethistestmethodrequiressubstantiallylesssamplethanTestMethodsD974orD664,itprovidesanadvantageousmeansofmonitoringanoxidationtestbychangesinacidnumberby(1)minimizingtestsampledepletionforacidnumberanalysesandthusminimizingthedisturbanceofthetestor(2)allowingadditionalacidnumberanalysestobemadewhilemaintainingthesametestsampledepletionandthusprovidingadditionaldata.Note1-Someoils,suchasmanycuttingoils,rust-proofingoils,andsimilarcompoundedoils,orexcessivelydark-coloredoils,maybemoredifficulttoanalyzebythistestmethodduetoobscurityofthecolor-indicatorendpoint.TheseoilscanbeanalyzedbyTestMethodD664providedsufficientsampleisavailable.However,thissituationismuchlesslikelyusingTestMethodD3339thanusingTestMethodD974duetotheuseofamorehighlydilutesampleduringthetitrationandduetothegreaterstabilityoftheendpointcolorchange.TheacidnumbersobtainedbyTestMethodD3339mayormaynotbenumericallythesameasthoseobtainedbyTestMethodD664buttheyshouldbeofthesameorderofmagnitude.Note2-TheresultsobtainedusingthismethodhavebeenfoundtobenumericallythesameasthoseobtainedusingTestMethodD974,withintheprecisionofthetwomethods,forneworoxidizedlubricantsofthetypeprimarilyintendedforhydraulicorsteamturbinetypeservice.TheoxidizedlubricantswereobtainedusingtheTestMethodD943oxidationtest.Thiscorrelationisshownbythecorrelationcoefficientr=0.989withslopes=+1.017andintercepty=+0.029,calculatedusingtheacidnumbersobtainedusingbothtitrationmethodsforthesamplesusedfortheprecisionstatement(12.2).ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,seeSections7and9,A1.1.4,A2.3.1,andA2.10.1.
