【摘要】:TheguidanceinthispartofISO/TR8550isconfinedtoacceptancesamplingofproductsthataresuppliedinlotsandthatcanbeclassifiedasconsistingofdiscreteitems(i.e.discretearticlesofproduct).Eachiteminalotcanbeidentifiedandsegregatedfromtheotheritemsinthelotandhasanequalchanceofbeingincludedinthesample.Eachitemofproductiscountableandhasspecificcharacteristicsthataremeasurableonacontinuousscale.Eachcharacteristichas,atleasttoagoodapproximation,anormaldistributionoradistributionthatcanbetransformedsothatitcloselyresemblesanormaldistribution.Standardsonacceptancesamplingbyvariablesareapplicabletoawidevarietyofinspectionsituations.Theseinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:a)enditems,suchascompleteproductsorsub-assemblies;b)componentsandrawmaterials;c)services;d)materialsinprocess;e)suppliesinstorage;f)maintenanceoperations;g)dataorrecords;h)administrativeprocedures.AlthoughthispartofISO/TR8550iswrittenprincipallyintermsofmanufactureandproduction,itshouldbeinterpretedliberallyasitisapplicabletotheselectionofsamplingsystems,schemesandplansforalltypesofproductandprocessesasdefinedinISO9000.
