【摘要】:TheIEC61968series,takenasawhole,definesinterfacesforthemajorelementsofaninterfacearchitectureforDistributionManagementSystems(DMS).IEC61968-1identifiesandestablishesrequirementsforstandardinterfacesbasedonanInterfaceReferenceModel(IRM).Parts3to10oftheIEC61968seriesdefineinterfacesrelevanttoeachofthemajorbusinessfunctionsdescribedbytheInterfaceReferenceModel.AsusedintheIEC61968series,aDMSconsistsofvariousdistributedapplicationcomponentsfortheutilitytomanageelectricaldistributionnetworks.Thesecapabilitiesincludemonitoringandcontrolofequipmentforpowerdelivery,managementprocessestoensuresystemreliability,voltagemanagement,demand-sidemanagement,outagemanagement,workmanagement,automatedmappingandfacilitiesmanagement.TheIEC61968seriesislimitedtothedefinitionofinterfacesandisimplementationindependent.Itprovidesforinteroperabilityamongdifferentcomputersystems,platforms,andlanguages.MethodsandtechnologiesusedtoimplementafunctionalityconformingtotheseinterfacesareconsideredoutsideofthescopeoftheIEC61968series;onlytheinterfaceitselfisspecifiedinthesestandards.Thispartspecifiestheinformationcontentofasetofmessagetypesthatcanbeusedtosupportmanyofthebusinessfunctionsrelatedtonetworkoperations.Typicalusesofthemessagetypesdefinedinthispartincludedataacquisitionbyexternalsystems,faultisolation,faultrestoration,troublemanagement,maintenanceoftheplant,andthecommissioningoftheplant.AnadditionalpartofIEC61968willdocumentintegrationscenariosorusecases,whichareinformativeexamplesshowingtypicalwaysofusingthemessagetypesdefinedinthisdocumentaswellasmessagetypestobedefinedinotherpartsoftheIEC61968series.
