【摘要】:Whistlesignalsareasimpleandeffectivemeansofcommunicationbetweenrescuersandthoseoperatingarope-raisingorrope-loweringsystem.Theymaybeusedasaprimarymeansofcommunicationorasabackupwhenradiosfailorwhenambientnoisemakesthemunintelligible.Thesesamesignalscanbeusedinnon-rescuesituations,forexample,bypersonsrappellingincaves.1.1Thisguidecoversthemethodologyfortheuseofwhistlesasameansofcommunicationduringroperescueoperations.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
