【摘要】:ThispartofISO19901containsrequirementsfordefiningtheseismicdesignproceduresandcriteriaforoffshorestructures;guidanceontherequirementsisincludedinAnnexA.Therequirementsareapplicabletofixedsteelstructuresandfixedconcretestructures.Theeffectsofseismiceventsonfloatingstructuresandpartiallybuoyantstructuresarealsobrieflydiscussed.Thesite-specificassessmentofjack-upsinelevatedconditionisonlycoveredinthispartofISO19901totheextentthattherequirementsareapplicable.Onlyearthquake-inducedgroundmotionsareaddressedindetail.Othergeologicallyinducedhazardssuchasliquefaction,slopeinstability,faults,tsunamis,mudvolcanoesandshockwavesarementionedandbrieflydiscussed.Therequirementsareintendedtoreduceriskstopersons,theenvironment,andassetstothelowestlevelsthatarereasonablypracticable.Thisintentisachievedbyusing:a)seismicdesignprocedureswhicharedependentontheplatform'sexposurelevelandtheexpectedintensityofseismicevents;b)atwo-levelseismicdesigncheckinwhichthestructureisdesignedtotheultimatelimitstate(ULS)forstrengthandstiffnessandthencheckedtoabnormalenvironmentaleventsortheaccidentallimitstate(ALS)toensurethatitmeetsreservestrengthandenergydissipationrequirements.Forhighseismicareasand/orhighexposurelevelfixedstructures,asite-specificseismichazardassessmentisrequired;forsuchcases,theproceduresandrequirementsforasite-specificprobabilisticseismichazardanalysis(PSHA)areaddressed.However,athoroughexplanationofPSHAproceduresisnotincluded.Whereasimplifieddesignapproachisallowed,worldwideoffshoremapsareincludedinAnnexBthatshowtheintensityofgroundshakingcorrespondingtoareturnperiodof1000years.Insuchcases,thesemapsmaybeusedwithcorrespondingscalefactorstodetermineappropriateseismicactionsforthedesignofastructure.
